We want to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window in your Kenna instance. Please notify anyone who manages your instance of this upcoming maintenance.
When: Sunday April 23rd 2023
Start Time: 14:00 UTC
Window: 12 hours
Services Affected: During the first hour, you will not have access to the Kenna platform, as all services will be taken offline and upgraded. After the first hour, the connectivity and totality of data will be impacted sporadically during the maintenance window.
Note: Connector runs will be paused on Saturday April 22nd at 03:00 UTC before the maintenance window and restarted on Sunday April 23rd when the maintenance has concluded.
