Services Affected: We would like to assure you that this maintenance has been carefully scheduled and planned to minimize any disruption to your business operations, please be aware of the following:
• Connector runs will be stopped on Friday evening before the planned maintenance. • The User Interface (UI) will experience a brief interruption, lasting approximately 5 minutes, during the cut over on Saturday.
However, while we have taken every precaution to ensure a smooth transition, unforeseen issues may arise during the maintenance process. In such cases, our dedicated technical team will be readily available to promptly address any concerns and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
