We want to assure you that this maintenance activity has been carefully planned to minimize any potential impact on your business operations. There should be only a 5-minute outage when the database flips over and the connector runs will be stopped in KPD on March 22nd, 2024 at 19:00 CST.
However, while we have taken every precaution to ensure a smooth transition, unforeseen issues may arise during the maintenance process. In such cases, our dedicated technical team will be readily available to promptly address any concerns and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
