This upgrade aims to enhance our operational efficiency and provide a more robust infrastructure, aligning with our goal of achieving an OKR of 99.95% for our RDS infrastructure. We have carefully scheduled this maintenance to minimize disruption to your business operations. Please be aware of the following:
Saturday, October 19th, 2024, 01:00 UTC: Pause CSE connector for affected customers. Saturday, October 19th, 2024, 15:00 UTC: RDS Upgrade begins.
The CSE connector runs will be paused early Saturday prior to the upgrade, and there may be minimal impact on system operations during the maintenance window.
However, while we have taken every precaution to ensure a smooth transition, unforeseen issues may arise during maintenance. In such cases, our dedicated technical team will be readily available to promptly address any concerns and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
